Giving us sufficient notice. Every item we supply is hand decorated to order and requires time to decorate dry and cure. We would recommend you call us to discuss our work schedule and delivery times as there are extremely busy periods from August to December .tSome customers let us know in advance when they will be wanting orders so that we can allocate making time on our schedule We allocate time for their order (once we know the approx value) and they then provide us with the actual order details nearer the time.
Quantities
About 50% of our most popular glass shapes are packed in sixes or eights per outer tray and the smallest t-light holder comes in boxes of 24. You will find these minimum quantities on the price list and product identification sheets. YOU CAN CHOOSE AS MANY DESIGNS AS YOU LIKE to make up the minimum quantity.
Carriage.
Our goods are subject to carriage charge. We use Parcelforce because they will carry up to 25Kg in one box which keeps the costs down for both parties. Orders over £350 - are carriage free. Orders under £350 are charged at £10.00 per 25kg (one box). Different rates apply for Scottish Highlands and Islands and any orders from overseas.
Payment terms
We ask all new customers to pay their initial order on a pro forma basis. Thereafter we offer 30 days credit from invoice date. We do need prompt payments please as we don’t issue monthly statements.
Deliveries and Breakages
We will endeavour to book your delivery with you by way of a phone call and agreeing a date although we cannot stipulate a time. Your goods will be packed to the highest standards possible and breakages should not occur. Please can you check off your order as soon as you receive it and report any breakages within 72 hours of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse to credit broken items if you have not reported them before the stated time.
